Nicole & David were looking for a team that could handle their home’s complete exterior renovation needs. One of our clients referred us to them and we took up their project. They handed over some specific home exterior improvements and we started by installing a new stylish roof with modern gutter systems. Paintwork was necessary for the home’s exterior and with their permission gave the outer walls a coat of energy-efficient paint that helps to conserve energy.

The front yard was next in focus and we presented them with a drought-tolerant yard by using decorative hardscaping elements. The soil needed some changes and we looked into these issues professionally. Their yard has permeable pavers, highly efficient drip irrigation, gravel, and native plants. In the end, we installed some accent pieces to give the exteriors a trending look. They have a home exterior that they feel proud of and promise to use our services more in the future.

We demolished existing pavers and concrete around all exterior areas. We did excavation of all pavers and concrete areas. Installed paves in in all areas requested by design, created concrete driveway, installed tile in front of house, installed gravel and mulch according to the design.
