Ellen – needed complete remodeling work for the kitchen at her 100-year-old home in Pasadena. The project specifics included a wall removal and we understood her needs and showed her the designs for the would-be-kitchen space. The area was sealed so that dirt & debris did not spread and the rest of the home remained in a livable condition. After demolition, the team did the rough-in work and then finished the walls. Everything from the doors & windows and plumbing fixtures was upgraded and Ellen was happy with the work.  In the end, the team even upgraded the ventilation so that the impact of remodeling work stays for a longer time.

We also presented Ellen with a new bathroom with conversion work. An idle room of her home was converted into a luxurious master bath and the interior conversion work was executed according to her specifications. We executed the necessary plumbing upgrades and made the best use of the space.

Kitchen and bathroom remodel- we demolished all existing bathroom and kitchen, installed new electrical outlets, switches and pendant light to match design, installed new shower head and vanity plumbing, installed new vanity and shower tile with custom shampoo niche, installed floor tile in both kitchen and bathroom, installed tile in stand in shower, installed fixtures and painted bathroom. Installed custom cabinets to match design, installed quartz countertops and subway tile backsplash, new appliances installed, new pendant lights, painted all kitchen and bathroom.
