After completing a similar project for the neighboring unit, Cleveland contacted us about redoing their patios and rooftop deck. They were struggling with leaking issues damaging their condo due to an older roof and improper materials. We came in a fixed the underlying issues and installed all new fiberglass decking in the color our client wanted. The broken stucco was fixed and properly painted. Old rusty flashing was replaced and the 3 balconies are now water tight. This rooftop has such a beautiful view and we’re happy our client can now enjoy their patios and not worry about any leaks.
