Mario needed a team to execute a complete remodel for his kitchen and the adjacent backyard. The project specifics included the removal of a load-bearing beam and installing a fresh one inside the attic that helped to open up the space. We also transformed a kitchen window into a large French-style door and this gives him access to the backyard from the cooking zone. The team presented him with smart storage solutions in the kitchen that helped de-cluttering the space.

As a part of the backyard remodeling, we presented him with a Trex deck and a Duralum (aluminum) patio. It enhances privacy and yet maintains the openness of the space. We installed artificial turf so that it can withstand harsh weather conditions. This spares Mario from having to worry about discoloration & patchiness weeds or mud. It should stay green all year round. The installation of artificial lights improves the exterior visuals and gives his home an inviting look
