Jon & Kelly had a failing block wall and multiple terraces in their backyard which made it unsafe for their young children. They were concerned and were desperately looking for a long-term solution.  We came up with a unique design that centers on safety and coherence for their home outdoors. This project required extensive upgrades to this space and it started with grading work in the old backyard. The old sewer line was completely changed for a new installation.

Right through the yard, there were old and unsafe pipes that needed some troubleshooting work instantly. We build contemporary outdoor planters with accents that create a style statement. The installation of 50 low-voltage lights improves visuals and makes the exteriors look inviting. They also insisted on a high-end porcelain installation and that was done flawlessly. We presented them with a nicely decorated and luxurious outdoor space to socialize on fine weather days.

We demolished existing pavers and coping, installed new pavers all around backyard, installed tile to create chess board pattern, installed new hardwood tile and new wood pergola above. New vinyl fence and new coping around pool.
