Alex wanted to have smart outdoor spaces within his rather big backyard and we helped him out. Here are the project features- He had an accessory dwelling unit and we extended the roofline so that, it was feasible to execute construction close to this dwelling unit. This opened up the option to build a patio cover or a deck. His preference was a deck and so we started work by grading the existing yard.
We presented him with a new Trex Deck that is trending in most homes. Trex is a composite and durable decking material that gives the impression of natural wood and needs negligible maintenance. The deck we built for him should be long-lasting and environmentally friendly. A special initiative was taken to have the railing and steps leading to the deck built of quality & durable materials. The inclusion of low-voltage lights enhances the visuals and we also installed fiber cement boards that give the place a farmhouse feel. Alex seemed highly impressed with the work, we did.
We created new staircase and new deck with composite top material, installed decorative lighting inside deck and stairs, installed railing with cocktail rail on front and back decks, installed walkways with pavers.
