After owning their home for two years, Martin started to experience multiple leaking issues in his roof after a winter with heavy rainfall here in Los Angeles. When learning more about the clients needs they mentioned that they always wanted solar skylights, so we made sure to add those into the new rooms replacement. We used brand new shingles with a 30 year warranty and paid careful attention to the parts of the roof where the water drains. It took us just four days from the start of demolition to finishing the job and providing our client with a new roof that they wont have to worry about, as well as those solar skylights they had always wanted.
I had the pleasure of working with Vision Home Remodeling on my hillside pool and backyard reconfiguration. As someone who loves to host, having the ultimate entertainer’s backyard has always been on my wishlist. You can imagine that a project of this size, especially on a hillside, came with plenty of challenges.
