The Gonzalez has owned this home for decades and the old roof was long overdue for a replacement. Not only were they having issues with leaks, but the insulation was basically gone causing them to spend more money on their electrical bill every month to keep their house at a comfortable temperature. We installed brand new insulation and a shingle roof with a lifetime warranty and in a color that complemented the home. We made sure that all the vents were also color matched so that they had a beautiful new roof that was also saving them money by being more efficient in the Southern California sun.
I had the pleasure of working with Vision Home Remodeling on my hillside pool and backyard reconfiguration. As someone who loves to host, having the ultimate entertainer’s backyard has always been on my wishlist. You can imagine that a project of this size, especially on a hillside, came with plenty of challenges.
