Maureen reached out to us after having multiple other contractors turn down their project because of the steep hillside location in Pasadena, but when they reached out to us we were happy to help. Multiple issues were present, but the main problem was that rain water was running downhill and leaking into their home in multiple locations. They were also looking to do some functional and cosmetic upgrades to the patios and decking around their home. But that wasn’t all, we also replaced their roof to ensure any and all leaks would be a thing of the past. In order to get this done properly, we built multiple custom drainage systems that blended in to their new outdoor spaces, and also tied in the drainage to interior of the home so that all the water would be steered away from the home to the proper runoff area. Once that was all completed we could add a custom patio seating area with matching decking all throughout the property. This project took a lot of planning, thought, and effort to make sure it was executed properly and we’re proud of our team for making it happen.
